Q: What Style of T-shirts do you offer?

A: We use standard unisex T-shirts that are 100% preshrunk cotton. We also carry mens and ladies fitted ringspun cotton t-shirts.

Q: Where does 141 Graphics ship from?

A: USA/International orders are shipped from our fulfillment facility located in Buffalo, New York (via USPS FIRST CLASS MAIL)

Q: What method do you use to make the printed T-shirts?

A: We use Direct To Garment Printing (DTG) to produce your orders.

Q: What sizes of T-shirts do you offer?

A: We currently offer 12 different sizes of t-shirts:

Youth: XSmall, Small and Medium.

Adult: Small to 6 Extra Large.

Q: What brand of shirts do you use?

A: 141 Graphics currently uses AlStyle and Gildan brand of t-shirts for our order fulfillment. We use styles AlStyle 1301, 1302, 1309, 1901, 3381, 5301, Gilden 5000L, For more information about the brand, see their website at http://www.alstyle.com and http://www.gildan.com

Q: How do I know if my item shipped?

A: Order processing can take up to 48 hours, excluding new sales, touch-ups and back-ordered stock.

Each Order # will include the ship date and a tracking number (US-only).

Q: How secure is my personal information?

A: 141 Graphics.com uses industry standard privacy protection; we don't sell, lease or otherwise distribute any personal customer information.

Q:Do you offering tracking number with orders?

A: Yes, all orders going to the United States receive a tracking number in real time. International orders will receive a tracking number that may only be valid in the United States. Local carriers may continue to use the tracking number provided to update delivery information.

Q: What shipping address is used for processing orders?

141 Graphics uses shipping information provided by you when when you check out.

A:Once we have received your order, we will ship to the address provided through the Check Out Page. We do not use your PayPal address on file to ship to your address, but instead ship directly to the address provided.

Q:Are all your shirts pre-treated?

A: Not all of our shirts require pre-treatment. Darker color shirts with specific designs do require an under base to ensure the design will last longer and not wash off.

The pre-treatment area is the size of our printing area and easily washes off after the first wash. You should receive a notice inside the package if the pre-treatment is highly visible. This area could look like a large transparent, or translucent, square or rectangle.

The pre-treated area is a non-toxic water based coating that helps your design last as long as possible.
